The observance aims to create a supportive platform for awareness, dialogue, reflection, and positive practices that contribute to individual and community well-being.\n \nThe Department of Psychology, School of Liberal Arts, XIM University, remains committed to fostering a culture that promotes mental health awareness, empathy, and well-being.
