A paper titled “Do Aggregate Technical and Commercial Losses in the Power Sector Converge Across Indian States?” was presented at the 1st International Conference on “Sustainable Energy Economics in the Asia-Pacific Region” at the Goa Institute of Management (GIM), Goa in collaboration with the Asia-Pacific Applied Economics Association (APAEA), Australia during 12-13 April 2024.
