As Compliance-cum-Liaisoning Officer at XIM University since 2017, I contribute to institutional governance, strategic administration, and academic development through leadership in compliance, accreditation, rankings, policy development, brand building, student affairs, and stakeholder engagement. My responsibilities include supporting the Vice Chancellor in day today affairs, serving as UGC Nodal Officer, and advancing key institutional priorities.
As Chairperson of the Accreditation and Ranking Committee, and a member of the University Disciplinary Committee and Anti-Ragging Squad, I actively support institutional quality, student welfare, and campus governance. I have played an active role in policy formulation, strategic planning, documentation systems, and institutional database development, strengthening governance and administrative efficiency. Alongside administrative leadership, I remain committed to academic excellence through teaching in the School of Sustainability and serving as faculty in the Jesuit Worldwide Learning (JWL) program.
My work also includes liaison with government and regulatory bodies, organizing major conferences, overseeing admissions promotion, digital branding, grievance redressal, and institutional communication systems. As nodal officer of the Xavier Council of Innovation and Director of SAMPARK, I lead entrepreneurship, innovation, and social outreach initiatives while supporting student welfare and broader institutional development.
