An LLB degree with a minimum percentage of 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent letter grade, on the last date of application.

Applicants are required to fill up the online application form at: www.xim.edu.in . Upon successfully filling the online application form and paying the relevant application fee, the applicant will be intimated by email about the acceptance of the form.

The selection for the LLM program will be done by a written test (M-XLET) followed by personal interview. Candidates short – listed on the basis of written test will be called for personal interview. Please note that the modalities of the shortlisting / selection process will be shared with the candidates in due course. The final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in written test, interview session, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience(s).

The program will begin by the first week of July 2025 for the first year students. At this time the students will be given a Manual of Policies and Regulations which will be binding on them.

The last date to fill up the application form is March 31, 2025.
