Desirable Profile:

  • Must have passed intermediate or 10+2 or equivalent certificate examination.
  • Basic knowledge of playground and sports field maintenance.
  • Maintain and care for the institute's playgrounds, sports fields, and open grounds.
  • Prepare and mark sports fields and courts for games, tournaments, and other events.
  • Maintain register of Sports/Games Assets, and their disbursal and receipt.
  • Ability to operate lawn mowers, brush cutters, and other maintenance tools.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors.
  • Knowledge of basic safety practices and groundskeeping.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Oversee the upkeep of the institute's sports fields and landscaped areas to ensure they remain clean, safe, and in good condition.
  • Seeking only male candidates.

  • Should possess at least 2 years of work experience in a reputed hospital having a valid registration number. Any experience prior to possessing the registration number shall not be considered
  • Experience in providing medical care in educational institutions shall be preferred
  • Should be willing to work in different shifts as allotted from time to time

POST: Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates must possess a master’s degree in human resource management (HRM), Personnel Management, or an MBA with HR specialization (with a minimum of 55% marks) from a recognized University or Institution.
  • Minimum 20 + years of administrative and leadership experience in Human Resources, with at least 8 -10 years at a senior level in a large-scale professional services organization.
  • Expertise in Indian Labour Laws, payroll management, and institutional policy drafting.
  • Technical Expertise in HRIS and HR Analytics tools to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
