HR Symposium : 26th Sep’26

The annual HR Symposium of the School of Human Resource Management, XIM University, in association with XIMAHR, the HR association of XIM University is scheduled for 26 September 2026. With the theme “Compliance in Motion: How Organizations Navigate Legal Change and Drive Business Resilience“, the symposium will bring together nine eminent HR leaders and industry stalwarts from organizations across diverse sectors such as Tata Steel Downstream Products, Infosys, 3 Lens Consulting, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, Cyient, Syneos Health, Mankind Pharma, Escorts Kubota, and InvokHR. Through two engaging panel discussions, namely “Navigating India’s New Labour Codes: Readiness, Challenges, and the Road Ahead” and “Beyond Compliance: Building a Culture That Embraces Change and Accountability” the event aims to offer students valuable insights into evolving legal landscapes, organizational accountability, and building future-ready resilient workplaces.
