The School of Human Resource Management and XIMAHR-The HR Association of XIM University organized its Annual flagship event HR Symposium 2023, on 26th August 2023 (Saturday) at the New Campus, XIM University. The event brought together eminent business leaders and academicians under one roof to discuss trending themes in the HR space. It aimed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by exposing students to real-time practices through panel discussions led by industry stalwarts.

This year, the symposium revolved round the interesting theme – ” The Digital HR: What Lies Ahead?”. To deliberate on the theme, two panels comprising eight eminent dignitaries from diverse industries who shared  their rich experiences and insights with us. The two panels will discuss on an  interesting sub-themes such as – “Towards Evidence based people practice” and “The AI enabled workforce of tomorrow”.

We were fortunate to have eight distinguished leaders from diverse sectors as our speakers in the event.
