A one day Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) conference titled Inclusive India Forum 2016 was organized in collaboration with Harvard Business School Club of Indiaand Xavier University Bhubaneswar.The event washeld at Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier University Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 22nd Jan 2016. 
The conference was facilitated by Dr. Subhasis Ray, Coordinator- Centre for Resettlement, Rehabilitation and Corporate Social Responsibilities. More than 90 participants from Government, Industry and NGOs participated. The Forum has identified its focus areas as Education, Employability and Healthcare.
The program was inaugurated by Mr. PradeepAmaat, Finance Minister, Government of Odisha. Panelists included 7 CEOs, leading NGO leaders and institution builders like PadmashreeDr. T. P. Das.
