HR Symposium: 31st Aug’24
The School of Human Resource Management and XIMAHR-The HR Association of XIM University organized its annual flagship event HR Symposium 2024, on 31st August 2024 (Saturday) at the New Campus, XIM University. HR Symposium is the annual event of XIMAHR, which brought together illustrious leaders from the field of HR under one roof to discuss the current trends in HR, generating engaging and unique insights. The event bridges the gap between academia and industry by enabling the students to acquaint themselves with real time industry practices, thereby enlightening inquisitive young minds.
This year, the symposium revolves round the interesting theme –” Bridging Generational Gaps Harmonizing a Diverse Workforce”. To deliberate on the theme, two panels comprising eminent dignitaries from diverse industries who would share their rich experiences and insights with us.
