XIM University is delighted to share that our Master of Business Administration – Business Management (MBA-BM) program under the Xavier Institute of Management, XIM University has been approved by the prestigious CFA Institute for participation in the University Affiliation Program (UAP).
With this, XIM University has become the latest university to be welcomed into the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program and joins the league of 29 most reputed Institutions in the country. Currently, only 29 institutions in India are part of the CFA-UAP. Out of the 29 institutions, 16 are various IIMs, and 13 are non-IIMs. (See the full list of affiliated Universities)
The MBA – BM program of Xavier Institute of Management has been acknowledged as incorporating at least 70 percent of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK) and placing emphasis on the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct within the program. This program positions students well to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter, which has become the most respected and recognized investment credential in the world. Entry into the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program signals to potential students, employers, and the marketplace that the XIM University curriculum is closely tied to professional practice and is well-suited to preparing students to sit for the CFA examinations. Through participation in this program, the students of the MBA-BM program are eligible to receive a limited number of CFA Program Student Scholarships each year.
