Annual HR Symposium 2022
The School of Human Resource Management is conducted its Annual HR Symposium 2022 on 3rd September 2022 (Saturday) in the Mini Auditorium, New Academic Building, New Campus, XIM University. Each year, the event brings together eminent industry stalwarts from diverse sectors under one roof to discuss trending business themes.
This year too the symposium was on a topical theme – “Employer Branding: The Key to Competitive Advantage in a Post-Covid Era“. There were two panel discussions on interesting sub-themes such as – “Factors leading to successful employer branding in a hybrid work model” and “Employer branding as a tool to enhance economic growth for firms”.
We are fortunate to have eight distinguished leaders from diverse sectors as our speakers in the event.
