The Xavier University is expanded across 55 acres of land across two different campuses, XIMB Campus and New Campus. The campuses of the Xavier University are pretty, tidy, and lush with a peaceful sense that uplifts the soul and delights the heart.
THE NEW CAMPUS
The New campus is positioned on 35 acres of land, enveloped by greenery, and is a digitized campus with Wi-Fi Hotspot, Solar Panelled, and furnished with state-of-the-art facilities. This particular campus is at Nijigada, Kurki, under Pipli Tehsil, positioned 20 km away from our XIMB campus (12 km from the Bhubaneswar Biju Patnaik International Airport). It was inaugurated in July 2014.
The students of XAHR, XSRM, XAHS, XSOS, XCOMM, XSOC, XSE, XCOMP reside on this campus and attend the classes.
The undergraduate programs of Schools of Commerce, Sustainability, Economics, Communication, and Computer Science & Engineering are hosted on this campus. The Wi-Fi-enabled campus houses an Administrative Block and two Academic Blocks which include a Library, Computer Centres, Air-conditioned and smart classrooms, Communication Studio/Lab, Faculty residences, Residences for students – both boys and girls. THE XIMB CAMPUS
The XIMB campus is established on 20 acres of flourishing land on the Nandan Kanan Road at Xavier Square. The entire Wi-Fi enabled, solar-paneled campus houses the faculty residences, auditorium complex, residences for boys, girls, office complex, library and computer center complex, classroom complex and executive programs, Management Development Centre (MDC) and Studio Apartments.

LIBRARY
Xavier University Library (both the campuses), goes far beyond the domain of just a collection of books. COMPUTING FACILITIES
The Computer Resources and Data Centre (CRDC) at XIMB Campus and New Campus provides all IT and Computing resources to the students, faculty, and staff of the University. All the computers are connected to the Campus LAN/ Wi-Fi, which is supported by Fibre Optic chine. All members on the university network have access to the internet 24/7 through 350 MBPS leased lines each in both the campuses. The CRDC has devised, developed, and executed many software applications in the University and outside. Moreover, a state-of-the-art n-tier web-enabled application is being deployed as part of the Digital University mission to suit the needs of the transforming university -XUB ELVIS.
Xavier University Bhubaneswar is a member of the University Alliance Programme of SAP and has access to SAP ERP and BW systems with courses leveraging the SAP software. Xavier University is incorporated under Microsoft’s Campus License program, providing the students with the choice to administer an assortment of products, and any upgrades or downgrades of those products.
Xavier University Bhubaneswar has set up Xavier Microsoft Phoenix Lab, the first of its kind in India to equip the students for the new cloud-enabled computing. The University has obtained Microsoft StorSimple to scale up its hybrid storage capacity in-campus and on the Azure cloud. It also hosts massively enabled classrooms with access to all Microsoft content and certification tracks.
Xavier IT Backbone Network Infrastructure work has been handled by IBM supporting Juniper Networks devices for data and Astra (previously Ericson) for voice IPBX devices.
Xavier University has set up their personalized data center with an in-house DNS system on the Xavier cloud and guarded the websites through SSL certificates. Xavier University uses Zimbra Email Collaboration, providing the end-users full synchronization between all their devices to offer a world-class, open-source collaboration software consumable for the University.
CLASSROOM COMPLEX
The Classroom Complex comprises AC lecture halls, seminar rooms, committee rooms, multimedia halls, computer labs, and a supervisory classroom. The classrooms are furnished with sharp audio/video equipment, tablet PCs, computers with huge monitors, LCD projectors, and network connections. While most classes are accommodated in the lecture halls, some fancy the lawn nearby the classroom complex for education with the eloquent feel of nature. The University has futuristic A.C. auditoriums which can seat up to 850 people in the XIMB Campus and 300 in the New Campus.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT CENTER
The University has a Management Development Center (MDC) on its XIMB campus implemented with all contemporary facilities. It has 3 suites, and 34 twin-sharing, air-conditioned rooms with an around-the-clock internet connection. The MDC has 4 training halls furnished with the freshest training services.
RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES
With academic ventures around-the-clock, students are obliged to live within the campus. There are detached residences for boys and girls. All the rooms have 24-hour Internet connectivity. With the installation of the laser printer and photocopying machines, around-the-clock printing and copying facilities are accessible to the students. The Residences also contain

The residential facilities at XIMB for Management Training Participants has 48 air-conditioned and self-contained single rooms connected to a mess operated and administered by the Institute. The Studio Apartments have

- 48 self-contained, non AC, twin sharing rooms for regular MBA students
- 48 self-contained, air-conditioned, well furnished, single, and double sharing rooms for MBA-Global Management International students and Management Training Programs.
a. Mother Teresa Residence and Russi Modi Residence house 175 ladies in 164 rooms.
b. CENDERET Residence, Fr. Bogaert residence and Fr. Gnanarethinam Residence has 328 rooms accommodating 362 gents.
A doctor is accessible for consultation in the XIMB campus from 0600 hours to 1900 hours every day, except on Sundays. An ambulance stays on the campus to reach anybody to the hospital in an emergency.
New Campus accommodates residential facilities both single as well as double sharing rooms for 1700 students with all basic amenities. A dispensary is structured in the University Campus where the doctor is available full time. An ambulance is free 24×7 for any emergency. Two full-time nurses are ready to help the residents for consulting any health matters.
The gated campus has security guards to safeguard and to stop any unauthorized outsiders entering into the residences.
